My Makeup Must-Haves

I have absolutely loved doing my makeup since a young age, growing up in musical theatre meant that I knew how to do a full-face makeup look by the age of 10. I look forward to doing my makeup everyday, it’s a therapeutic morning exercise for me and helps me to feel ready to take on the day. Over the years I have come to absolutely love certain products and I make sure to always have them in my makeup drawer.

Foundation - BareMinerals Original Foundation

I have worn this foundation for over 6 years and I swear by it! It evens out my skin tone and masks any redness in my face. I also love that it’s a powder because it does not feel heavy or cakey on my face. Even though it is not full-coverage, it always provides a great base for my makeup!

Concealer - Bare Minerals Bareskin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer

This is another great Bare Minerals product that I have used, and loved, for years now. It provides great full-coverage and does wonders at hiding any imperfections and severe under-eye circles.

Bronzer - Too Faced Sweethearts Bronzer

This has been a go-to product of mine for the past couple of years now. It’s provides great and subtle color to your face with a hint of glimmer in it. I use this product all year and love how it looks.

Blush - Bare Minerals Gen Nude Blush

While it may be very clear by now that I have an affinity for Bare Minerals, it’s genuinely because I have always been able to count on their products! I have owned so many different shades of this blush over the years, they always provide great coloring without being overly pigmented.

Eyeshadow - Urban Decay Naked3 Palette, Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette

I have always said that I have a major eyeshadow problem, I love so many different palettes and constantly find new ones to add to my collection. However, these two palettes have proven to be my favorites over the years. No matter what I am getting ready for, these two palettes are always my first picks. From dramatic looks to everyday makeup, these two palettes never disappoint me!

Eyeliner - Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner

I rarely wear eyeliner, but when I do this is my go-to! I found this product years ago and I swear to this day that it’s the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. It’s easy to use and really does stay on all day!

Mascara - L’Orèal Telescopic Mascara

I have used my fair share of mascaras over the years, more than I can count if I am being honest, and this mascara, without a doubt, has been my absolute favorite. While I have only used it for a few months, I can honestly say I have never been as consistently happy with my eyelashes than with this product! It provides great definition and length to my lashes and truly pulls my makeup together.
